10 years of Web of Words. A full decade of turning a dream into a life and business our younger selves would be so proud of.

10 years ago, all I wanted was to get paid to do what I love: write, share stories, and help people see the incredible power they hold. To use words to connect on a deeper level, to make people feel something REAL, something meaningful.

But if you’d told me back then where this journey would lead, I’m not sure I would have believed you.

I had no idea Luke would join me on this adventure less than a year in. That we’d hire a powerhouse team of exceptional humans who are helping us build something beyond what either of us thought possible.

We never could’ve guessed this business would grow into something that supports our family, fuels the dreams of our team, and impacts the lives and businesses of so many others.

If I could go back, I’d tell myself:

✨ Don’t be afraid to walk away from what’s no longer serving you. Protect your peace, hold your boundaries, and trust that you’re enough.

✨ Stand in your truth, even when it’s hard and lonely. Be brave enough to go first. The path you’re carving matters—and it’s worth it.

✨ The challenges aren’t there to stop you; they’re there to shape you. Lean in—you’re growing through them. And your evolution is a beautiful thing.

✨ Surround yourself with people who believe in you and your vision. They’ll expand what’s possible in ways you can’t yet imagine.

✨Treasure the little moments with your little ones. The work will always be there, but those memories are priceless.

✨ You don’t have to do it alone. Asking for help isn’t a weakness; it’s a superpower.

✨ Your worth is not defined by what you do. You’re more than your title or your business.

✨ You don’t need to have all the answers. Just take the next step, trust yourself, and know the “how” will reveal itself along the way.

To our community: Thank you for being part of this incredible decade. For believing in us, for inspiring us to keep evolving, and for reminding me why this work matters so much.
